Lenore #14 review quickey updatey.

I thought i'd just update quick with a review on Lenore #14.

I bought the comic yesterday and i was amazed by not only Roman Dirge's work but also by Tara Billingers guest art.

Her style and colouring looks amazing don't ya think? Well unfortunately the print in the comic itself makes the picture look darker and more can i say..."grimmer"? But still, you get to see the a.m.a.z.i.n.g.n.e.s.s and beauty of the picture still but i thought i'd just quickly update with that.

The book itself is good and better quality since Dirge moved from SLG (Slave Labour Graphics Publishing) to Dark Horse and yet the Lenore part was awesome and so was the "Things involving me" page about Roman greeting the newer readers (and the fact that he likes your pants) and explaining about certain things in life.

I was slightly disappointed to see that there was no Taxidermy, No Mr.Gosh, No Pooty or Mr.Chippy! But i mean c'mon, it was still awesome...i just miss The Taxidermy and Malaki (laughs). But the newer character Mortimer Fledge was pretty awesome but he tried to kill off Lenore by trying to fully embalm her....Bastard! But good ol'Ragamuffin came to the rescue and killed Mr.Fledge..hooray!

So anyway it was a good comic in all but at least no one who i like was hurt....much
